Fabrice Bernard graduated from the École Supérieure de Commerce d'Amiens in 1999. He joined the Renault group in 2000 as a sales representative for Renault Crédit International in the Southeast of France and later in Paris. He then moved on to marketing for Nissan Finance, first in France and later in the Netherlands. In 2007, Fabrice Bernard was appointed Marketing Manager at Millesima, and in 2012, he became Deputy CEO. In January 2016, he took over the company and became Chairman and CEO. The year 2017 marked a turning point in the evolution of the startup Millesima, founded in 1983, as its founder, Patrick Bernard, officially retired. This left his son, Fabrice Bernard, solely in charge of the company.

After graduating from EDHEC, it was only natural for Hortense Bernard to begin her career in the wine and spirits industry by joining Moët Hennessy Diageo as a Brand Manager. After gaining various experiences in communication, she joined the family business in search of new challenges in the American market. In 2010, she became Brand Manager of Millesima USA LLC to develop the online strategy of this branch, which was founded in 2006, and in 2012, she was appointed General Manager. This strategic position allowed Hortense to bring the family philosophy and her passion for Bordeaux wines to the U.S. market. A new chapter opened for Millesima and Hortense Bernard in 2021 with her return to France, working alongside her brother Fabrice. She now plays a key role in continuing and strengthening Millesima's commercial and marketing development.
